The Terms and Conditions of staying in “Karmen” apartments.
In order to ensure a pleasant stay and to avoid any misunderstandings, we strongly recommend to read the following Terms and Conditions. The confirmation of reservation means the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and obeying all their principles.
The Terms and Conditions of staying in “Karmen” apartments.
The check-in time starts at 2p.m. on your arrival day. The check-out time is at 10 a.m. on your departure day.
If you intend to arrive at a different time than shown above, we ask to inform the owner about it in advance, so that he could be in place to give you the keys to an apartment.
For your check-in, present all the necessary documents (passport or ID) of all the people included in the reservation and pay the outstanding balance.
In case more people arrive than included in the reservation, the owner has the right to cancel the whole reservation without returning the advance payment.
Pets are allowed to stay in an apartment only after earlier approval of the owner of the building. Such intention must be included in your booking.
You are not allowed to bring to the apartment any weapons as well as any dangerous, flammable, explosive etc. substances.
Guests are to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartment. The owner does not take responsibility for possible loss.
While leaving the apartment, we advise to lock the door and windows, fold the umbrellas, turn off the lights and all the electrical and gas equipment and turn off the tap. We pay a particular attention to turning off the A/C if you are not in your apartment. It is forbidden use the A/C while the windows and/or the door are open.
It is forbidden to bring third parties on the premises without earlier permission of the owner. Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment and its immediate vicinity in order. It is forbidden to move any furniture, equipment from one room to another and take it to the beach (e.g. taking kitchen chairs on/to the terrace, taking cutlery, dishes and pots to another apartment, taking towels and blankets to the beach, etc.) without the owner’s approval. Guests are financially responsible for any damages made by them.
It is forbidden to download music, films, games or to watch TV via Internet.
It is possible to use any furniture, equipment and rooms that are not an integral part of the apartment (barbecue grill, garage etc.) after obtaining the owner’s permission.
On the departure day, guests are obliged to leave the apartment until 10 a.m. (if not agreed with the owner otherwise).
Guests are obligated to leave the apartment in the same state as they found it.
